FC Girondins de Bordeaux midfielder Wendel believes the French title will be on the line when his second-placed side meet leaders Olympique Lyonnais at the weekend.
"If we lose in Lyon on Sunday the title will go to them," said the 25-year-old Brazilian, who scored a hat-trick in the 3-0 win against Paris Saint-Germain FC on Saturday. "If we take a point it will be wide open and we'll play for the title." Bordeaux trail the champions by three points.
