Villarreal striker Guille Franco will be sidelined for three weeks at least after getting injured on international duty with Mexico.

The 31-year-old, who has scored six goals in 15 Primera División starts this season, pulled his left thigh during the midweek win against Ghana. He will miss forthcoming league matches against Club Atlético de Madrid and Sevilla FC for third-placed Villarreal.
