Dutch Under-21 international Maceo Rigters, the four-goal top scorer in last summer's UEFA European U21 Championship, has left Blackburn Rovers FC to join Norwich City FC on loan.
Rigters, 24, has made only two substitute appearances for Premier League side Blackburn and drops down a division to play for Norwich for the remainder of the campaign. He arrived in Blackburn from NAC Breda on a four-year contract last July.
