LONDON (AFP) - Veteran French midfielder Laurent Robert could make a return to the English Premier League with relegation strugglers Derby County.

The 32-year-old former Newcastle United player has left Spanish top flight side Levante and is keen to return to England if he can find the right club.

Second division Ipswich Town have already shown an interest, but Robert wants to take up an offer to train with Paul Jewell's Derby who are currently bottom of the league.
