Celtic to face Aberdeen in Scottish Cup quarter-finals

GLASGOW (AFP) - Scottish Cup holders Celtic were handed a trip to Aberdeen in the quarter-final draw on Sunday.

Celtic beat Kilmarnock 5-1 on Saturday to secure their place in the last eight, while Aberdeen edged past Hamilton.

Hibernian or Rangers will have home advantage against Livingston or Partick Thistle.

Queen of the South, in the quarter-finals for the second successive season, will face either Motherwell or Dundee.

Ross County or St Johnstone were handed a home draw against St Mirren or Dundee United.

Quarter-finals

Queen of the South v Motherwell or Dundee

Ross County or St Johnstone v St Mirren or Dundee Utd

Hibernian or Rangers v Livingston or Partick Thistle

Aberdeen v Celtic

Matches to be played on weekend of March 8-9
