Jan Schlaudraff will leave Bundesliga leaders FC Bayern München at the end of the season to join Hannover 96 on a four-year contract for a fee of around Є2m.

The 24-year-old forward has made six league appearances from the bench since signing from TSV Alemannia Aachen last summer.
