Napoli have renewed Uruguayan midfielder Walter Gargano's contract, concluding a new deal that will last until 2013.

The 23-year-old joined Napoli from Danubio FC in the summer and has played 30 games in Serie A this season, scoring two goals. Napoli are currently ninth in Serie A with 43 points from 33 games.
