LONDON, Apr 25 (SW) - Former Manchester United player Eric Cantona has been voted best foreign ever in the Premiership, by readers of Four Four Two magazine.
Cantona finished ahead of two Arsenal players, Dutchman Dennis Bergkamp and another Frenchman, Thierry Henry.
The French are well represented, with no less than twelve players in the top 100. The Dutch follow with ten players.
Cantona, who began his career in France in 1983, joined Leeds United nine years later. After a short while, the forward moved to Manchester United where he would stay until the end of his career in 1997.
