ROME, Sep 21 (SW) - The Italian football association suspended two players for illegal gambling. Atalanta's Moris Carrozzieri and Genoa's Francesco Flachi will not be allowed on the pitch for two months.

Carrozzieri was caught gambling on a Serie C1 match between Pisa and Frisonone, while Flachi spoke with Lazio player Fabio Bazzani to get information about the match with AS Roma.

Reportedly, the two had been involved in illegal gambling from 2003 to 2005. At the time, they were teammates at Sampdoria.
