GLASGOW, Sep 18 (SW) – Rangers manager Paul Le Guen has admitted he was unhappy with the performance and effort shown in Sunday’s defeat to Hibernian.

"I was angry and disappointed after the first half because we must feel that the players have a real will to win the game and they were a little bit flat," said the concerned ‘Gers boss.

"We must feel we're ready to fight for each ball. In this part of the game, we must improve.

"It's frustrating but we mustn't give up. We must believe we will solve the problem.

"It's our first defeat but we must recognise our opponents deserved to win.

"I didn't ask the players for an explanation after the game.

"It's up to me to solve the problem. The players play, the staff work to find the solution.

"I know we can play better and we will play better but all the players need to be ready to work."
