BERLIN, Sep 17 (SW) - Two goals from Christian Gimenez were enough for Berlin based Hertha BSC to earn a win over Champions League participants Schalke 04.

Six minutes before the half time whistle, Gimenez scored his first by converting a Boateng cross from the right wing.

And seven minutes into the second half, the player got another. This time, Gimenez received the ball from Pantelic and could then easily score into an empty goal.

After four match rounds, Hertha take the first position in the Bundesliga, with a better goal record than second-placed Nurnberg.
