LEEDS, Oct 23 (Sw) - Dennis Wise has been approached by Championship outfit Leeds United. The former Chelsea player currently bosses Swindon.

Chairman Ken Bates knows Wise from Chelsea during the former midfielder's captaincy there. Leeds have not yet appointed a successor to sacked coach Kevin Blackwell.

Wise is probably accomponied by his assistant and former Chelsea teammate Gustavo Poyet. Their current club, Swindon Town, will probably be compensated by both men's full loan for the year.
