MADRID, May 16 (SW) - Jose Molina has revealed he is actively seeking a move to a Premiership club in time for the start of the 2006/07 season. His contract at Deportivo La Coruna expires at the end of this season and the 35-year-old veteran has spoken of his desire to join an English club before the end of his playing career.

"I have always dreamed of playing in England and if I leave it any longer I won't be able to realise that dream," said Molina.

Spanish international Molina was signed by Deportivo from Atlético de Madrid back in 2002 and has since been the Spanish clubs first choice ‘keeper making 170 league appearances in his 6 seasons at the club. Molina also has 9 international caps for his country.

Molina was forced to quit the game indefinitely in October 2002 to battle testicular cancer, but 5 months later he was back with a clean bill of health and soon re-established his position as first team choice at the Spanish club.

Molina added,

"I've enjoyed myself a lot during my six years at Deportivo and I would particularly like to thank the fans."
