KAISERSLAUTERN, Mar 9 (SW) - Former international striker Carsten Jancker does not any longer appear in the plans of Kaiserslautern coach Wolfgang Wolf, and will have to search for a new employer.

Kaiserslautern's current formation is spearheaded by strikers Altintop and Sanogo, which leaves Jancker on the bench. While once having played for Bayern Munich, he has only made five appearances this season, all as substitute, and no goals were scored.

Jancker and Wolf have different opinions on the matters: "I don't count on him anymore. Carsten thinks he has to play, I think his performance is not good enough," Wolf said.

The forward, whose contract expires in the summer of 2007, is positive: "The coach has often given me his opinion. I have to accept that whether it's right or not. I now have to try to find a new team."
