SOCHAUX, Mar 18 (SW) - Olympique de Lyon have practically secured the French title following a 0-4 win at Sochaux while main rivals Bordeaux were held to a draw at Troyes.

Sochaux - Lyon 0-4

Sylvain Wiltord put Lyon in the lead after 26 minutes, and Benoit Pedretti added another, just before the break. Wiltord then went on to score for 0-3 in the 52nd minute and Florent Malouda netted the fourth in the 57th.

Troyes - Bordeaux 1-1

Bordeaux, second in the Ligue 1, needed thirty minutes to break the deadlock through Jean-Claude Darcheville but 17th-placed Troyes levelled with a goal from Benjamin Nivet in the 43rd minute.

Metz - Rennes 0-1

Rennes needed just one goal to earn three points at Metz. The decider came from Yoann Gourcuff with 27 minutes on the clock.

Toulouse - Lens 1-1

Fode Mansare put Toulouse in the lead after 28 minutes, but the score was levelled by a goal from Pierre-Alain Frau in the 67th minute.

Le Mans - Nantes 0-0

No goals were scored at Le Mans versus Nantes, due to which Le Mans lose touch with the spots that give access to European football for next season.

Nice - Nancy 1-0

Nancy had a disadvantage in the second half, following a red card for Andre Luiz in the 45th minute, and the hosts took advantage in the 56th minute when Bakary Kone scored the only goal.

Ajaccio - Monaco 1-0

AS Monaco continue to disappoint, and relegation candidates Ajaccio managed to leave the last position thanks to a 1-0 victory. The deciding goal came from Moussa N'Diaye in the 11th minute.
