MILAN, Jan 12 (SW) - No goals in Thursday's Coppa Italia matches, proving that the first leg results were vitally important. Inter and Lazio will now progress to the quarter-finals after aggregate wins.

Inter - Parma 0-0

Inter win 1-0 on aggregate

Although Inter were able to secure a vital away win in the first leg, neither side could break down the opposing defence in this match, resulting in Inter going through to the next round as their 1-0 win from the first leg gives them the aggregate win.

Citadella - Lazio 0-0

Lazio win 2-0 on aggregate

Neither side managed to break the deadlock in the while of the 90 minutes as the Serie B side fought bravely against the Serie A giants. Unfortunately for Citadella, a giant-killing was not on the cards as Lazio's home win in the first leg was enough to carry them through.
