BRATISLAVA, Feb 15 (SW) - Levski Sofia, Rapid Bucharest, Steaua Bucharest and Zenit St. Petersburg all won their away matches in the UEFA Cup round of sixteen first leg.

Artmedia - Levski 0-1

Levski Sofia needed only nine minutes to open the score through Emil Angelov, and the hosts failed to use the remaining 81 minutes to score an equalizer.

Hertha BSC - Rapid Bucharest 0-1

Rapid took the lead when Valentin Negru converted a penalty in the 67th minute. Hertha could not control their frustration and had two players sent off: Kevin Boateng in the 74th minute and Alexander Madlung in the 85th.

SC Heerenveen - Steaua Bucharest 1-3

Heerenveen broke the deadlock through Arnold Bruggink in the 24th minute, but Constantin Victoras Iacob levelled in the 29th. Nicolae Dorin Goian added a second for the Romanians in the 76th minute and a third came from Sorin Ioan Paraschiv in the 78th.

Rosenborg - Zenit 0-2

Andrey Arshavin put the Russian visitors in the lead when 22 minutes had been played, and Alexandr Kerzhakov doubled the gap ten minutes later.
