Lyon on track for four titles

LYON, Dec 19 (SW) – Ligue 1 leaders Lyon are still in line to complete an unprecedented quadruple this season.

Gerard Houllier’s Lyon are seventeen points clear in Ligue 1 following a 4 – 0 drubbing of their closest challengers Lens at the weekend.

They also find themselves in the final sixteen of the UEFA Champions League.

In the domestic cups they play in the Coupe de la Ligue quarter finals against Nancy on Wednesday and in the New Year their campaign in the Coupe de France begins with an away journey to Bayonne.
