FALKIRK, Dec 3 (SW) - Glasgow Rangers will once again have to share their second place with Aberdeen, following a surprise defeat by Falkirk.

The only goal of the match came after 26 minutes and was scored by Marc Twaddle.

Rangers have 28 points from 17 matches and only their goal record keeps the Glasgow outfit ahead of Aberdeen. Celtic now have a 16-points advantage over their arch rivals.

Falkirk are seventh and still have a chance of reaching the top six as Hearts are only three points ahead.
