SIENA, Dec 23 (SW) - Palermo dropped two valuable points at Siena on Saturday, being held to a disappointing 1-1 draw.

The Sicilians, currently third in the Serie A, went ahead through Fabio Henrique Simplicio in the 41st minute.

But Siena did not need long to reply, and Leandro Rinaudo equalised only one minute later.

Palermo are now six points behind second-placed AS Roma, while Siena are thirteenth, just behind AC Milan.
