AUXERRE, Dec 22 (SW) – Ligue 1 side Auxerre have confirmed that they have signed goalkeeper Olivier Sorin for approximately €1 million.

Sorin joins Auxerre from fellow Ligue 1 side, Nancy.

Currently Auxerre lie in thirteen place in the league and Nancy sixth.

Sorin will be up against Fabien Cool for the number one goalkeeping job at Auxerre.
